"I was hit by a car as I was walking across the street, and I filed a claim. I was having problems getting information about the claim from an adjustor and I spoke to Paul, as my State Farm agent, about my concerns. He said he would take focused action that day. I was called later the same day from an adjustor who shared that I would receive a full benefit payment. I feel fully valued as an individual and as a State Farm client.
